Medicine Delivery

• Every customer is entitled to one free delivery per week on your designated delivery day. Any additional deliveries within the same week or on other days of the week will incur a charge of $5 per delivery.
• Should your delivery day fall on a public holiday, we will deliver your medication on the preceding business day.
• If you are not at home when your medication arrives, your parcel will automatically be returned to the pharmacy and can be collected the following day during normal opening hours. You will receive a note to that effect.
• Undelivered parcels can be redelivered upon request but will incur the additional $5 delivery charge mentioned above.
• Should you not require your usual delivery in a given week then please notify us before 4pm on the date of delivery.
